A MESSAGE FROM THE CAPE BRETON OPEN - CURRENT SEASON

Fellow Tennis Players,

We would like to invite members from your club to participate in the annual Cape Breton Open Tennis Tournament to be held at Cromarty Tennis Club in Sydney. The tournament will be held during the week-end of  the civic holiday (See Schedules for the exact July/August date). All matches will be held at Cromarty Tennis Club. Please note that the registration deadline will be several days prior to the first match.

Players can play a maximum of three events, which will include the following divisions: Open categories of men's and ladies singles, men's and ladies doubles and mixed doubles; men's singles over 35, 45, 55 and 65, ladies singles over 35; and men's and ladies doubles over 35. If there are not enough entries in any age group that category may be moved to a younger age group.

The support of our members has made this one of the most popular tournaments to be held in the province, because of all the efforts our members put in to making this tournament such so special. We are hoping that the members of the club will be just as generous with their time and donations as in other years, so we will be able to offer another quality event.
